Transplanting washer nozzles
(for that clean "shaved" look)
As with all DIY's, read and understand ALL directions before starting the install.

**Discalimer. This is an AT YOUR OWN RISK How-To.
It is not that hard to do, but if you do this and mess
something up,don't blame me.**

For those of you that like the "shaved" nozzle look like I do but dont want to give up the use of them.
***NOTE THIS IS DONE ON A 4TH GEN ACCORD OTHER CARS MAY VARY***

THIS IS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE a HOOD WHERE THE WASHER NOZZLE HOLE HAS NOT YET BEEN CUT (ie New Carbon Fiber). IF YOUR HOOD HAS THE HOLE CUT YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO FILL IT IN. See my How-To for Filling in the holes in the hood

Items Needed:
Drill and drill bit (same size as hose line)
Nozzles from a 93 Pontiac Grand Am (or any other car that has the nozzles that snap onto the wiper arm.)
About 5-6 feet of small hose line used for fish tanks, 2.44M it's smaller then OEM washer fluid line. (NEW weedeater fuel line works well also.)

Lets Start
Remove hood (optional but makes it a heck of alot easier)

Remove the wiper arms.

GENTLY remove all the snaps holding the black cover where the windshield meets the hood and remove cover. You will need to reuse the snaps so dont break them.
From the OEM set-up there is a Y-spliter that snaps on to the under side of the hood which runs the line from the main and splits it to each nozzle.
Remove the L-conector from the hose in the driver side hood hinge.
File/grind/sand down the Y-spliter so that the "snap" is removed and you have a nice smooth peice.
Spray a little W-D40 on the Y-slpiter and gently slide it into the hose where the L-conector was (you may need to use the needle nose pliers), making sure the straight part is facing straight across the car and the Y-split is facing toward the right corner light.
Now install the nozzles from the Pontiac onto the wiper arms. You will have to grind a little off the "wing" on the driver's side to help the nozzle *snap* around the arm.
Now run the hose line down through the spring in PASSENGER SIDE arm (the OEM line is too big to fit, thats why you need the smaller line).

You will need to run line from the bottom, UP and use a small screwdriver to help guide the hose when it gets to the top.
Conect it to the nozzle to help measure for needed line. Give little extra line for when you lift arm to change wiper blades. DO NOT CUT LINE AT THIS TIME
You will have to drill 2 small holes in the black cover to run the line through.
One on the driver side.
and one where passenger wiper is
And run line from the arm, through the holes in cover. Reinstall cover and arm CAREFULY AT THE SAME TIME as to not pull line from cover.
Cut line and attach to Y-spliter.
Repeat for driver side without running the line through black cover.
Adjust and rest wiper arms in place and tighten nuts.

Fill in the holes in the hood

Enjoy
