Rotor Over Hub Conversion
Special Thanks to Andrew from accordinglydone.com for posting this How-To.
As with all DIY's, read and understand ALL directions before starting the install.
Parts List:

1.) 2 Acura CL Hubs: $55.00/each (Honda/Acura P/N: 44600-SY8-A00 if you're a 4cyl car like me. Honda/Acura lists this as a hub assembly for a 1998+ Acura CL 2.3 Premium). NOTE: Honda includes studs with the hub assembly. DO NOT order studs unless you really want 8 sitting around. NOTE: If you don't have an Acura dealer in your area this is the P/N for the 98+ Honda I4 hub: 44600-S84-A00

2.) 2 Honda Accord Wheel Bearings (mine were old, if yours are OK just press the old hubs out): $51.00/pr. The Federal-Mogul P/N for 4th gen w/o rear disc/abs: 513098.

3.) 2 Rotors: For now I'm sticking with 10" rotors and 22T bracket calipers due to other priorities in the budget right now. they were $35.00 per side.

Information to keep in mind:
1.) My car is a 1991 LX WITHOUT ABS or rear discs. As such this information is geared mostly towards that vehicle or ones close to it. From what we've learned, Accords with rear disc use a different wheel bearing up front. While the bearing diameter is the same for the hub, I'm just letting you know in case you have problems.

2.) Make sure you're getting 4cyl hubs with the p/n listed above. Otherwise you'll get a nasty surprise of V6 powered Accord/CL hubs show up. They're about 2-3mm too wide for an I4 Accord wheel bearing.

3.) Stock size rotors can be used in this swap or step up to the 11.2" rotors. It's all up to you.

I'm not going to cover calipers in this page since thats such an open question/issue and its all personal preference as to what you use.

This is a very simple DIY The hardest part is getting the parts off the car which I will cover in another How-To later. Until then, if you don't feel comfortable in doing this yourself. Get the parts from the list above and take them to a local shop and ask them to do the job for you.
OLD ROTOR REMOVAL
1) With the Accord knuckle removed from the car, simply flip it over and remove the 4 bolts holding the hub assembly on.
2) Now flip the Hub Assy over and you will see 4 bolts holding the rotor on. Remove those bolts and the rotor.
3) You can TRY to do the following yourself, but I felt it easier and safer on both me and the parts to take the Accord hub and the Acura hub down to the local shop and have them remove the Accord hub from the wheel bearing and press the Acura hub back in (after of course replacing the wheel bearing) **This will need to be done for both sides of course**
4) Now take the new hub assy home and bolt it back to the Accord knuckle.

When they are done, it should look like this:
